Sales Consultant

About the role

The Sales Consultant is responsible for developing new prospects and nurturing existing customers to boost sales of the retailer’s products and services. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer satisfaction while managing vehicle transactions from quotation to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain strong relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and direct them to appropriate contacts.
• Promote awareness of all products and services.
• Handle complaints sensitively and involve others when needed.
• Calculate cost allowances, financing costs and down payments to price vehicles.
• Accurately document and register vehicle transaction details.
• Conduct memorable hand‑over experiences with customers.
• Network for referrals, prospect new customers and maintain a prospect database.
• Follow the order‑to‑delivery process to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in sales or hospitality.
• Bilingual with good command of English and Arabic.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑oriented and enjoys interacting with people.
• High level of selling and convincing skills.
• Team player.
• Education: High School diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
