Sales Consultant

About the role

Develop new prospects and engage with existing customers to increase sales of the retailer’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on sales and customer‑satisfaction objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships by meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Answer customer inquiries by phone and refer callers to the appropriate person.
• Ensure customers are aware of all available products and services.
• Resolve complaints sensitively and involve others when needed.
• Calculate cost allowances, financing costs and down‑payments to price vehicle transactions.
• Accurately document and register all vehicle transaction details.
• Conduct a memorable hand‑over experience for each customer.
• Network for referrals and follow up on prospects through telephone canvassing.
• Capture prospect information and maintain a prospect database.
• Communicate periodically with customers to sustain positive relationships.
• Follow the Order‑to‑Delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in sales or the hospitality sector.
• Bilingual with a good command of English and Arabic.
• Ability to solve practical problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑oriented and enjoys interaction with people.
• High level of selling and convincing abilities.
• Team player.
• Education: High School/Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
