About the role

The Fitout Projects Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit‑out projects, ensuring technical accuracy, financial control, and premium client service throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project timelines (Gantt charts) and resource plans.
• Conduct site surveys and verify technical drawings against actual site conditions.
• Coordinate with factories and procurement to guarantee material readiness.
• Oversee site supervisors, subcontractors, and in‑house installation teams while enforcing Woodex’s quality standards.
• Resolve technical conflicts and design‑to‑site discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
• Monitor project budgets, manage variation orders, and control cost overruns.
• Handle procurement of site‑specific materials and subcontractor payments.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, architects, and building management, providing weekly progress reports.
• Manage snag lists and ensure formal handover and client sign‑off.

Required profile

• Strong background in interior fit‑out or construction project management.
• Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve on‑site technical issues quickly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality standards.
