About the role
We are looking for a Sales Engineer specialized in the Oil & Gas sector who can drive parts and service sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role combines technical knowledge of mechanical equipment with strong commercial acumen to meet sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets for parts, service repairs, oil, SOS and related categories.
- Execute the agreed business plan to reach sales and market‑share objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct on‑site inspections, report results and advise on service programs.
- Coordinate with the Service department to select optimal repair options.
- Monitor pending service jobs to ensure deadlines are met.
- Track competitor activities and provide insights to support marketing strategy.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in the Oil & Gas or industrial equipment sector.
