Sales & Application Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Application Specialist to join our MedTech Division. The role combines strong commercial capabilities with hands‑on clinical application expertise to drive growth, implementation and adoption of our medical imaging portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
• Identify new opportunities across hospitals, clinics and healthcare organisations.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, KOLs, radiology teams, biomedical engineers and procurement departments.
• Provide clinical and technical support for medical imaging equipment.
• Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations and clinical applications.
• Train physicians, technicians and other healthcare professionals on product use.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through quotation, purchase order and delivery.
• Support product launches and introduction of new medical technologies.
• Coordinate workshops, presentations, clinical demonstrations and training programmes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and activity reports.
• Monitor competitors, market developments, pricing and emerging technologies.
• Support hospital and government tender opportunities where required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline.
• 5–10 years of medical‑device sales and/or clinical application experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with medical imaging, particularly X‑ray and MRI systems.
• Existing relationships with radiologists, physicians or key opinion leaders is an advantage.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and customer‑management capabilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• English proficiency; Arabic is an advantage.
