Sales Executive – HR & Recruitment Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth for our HR, recruitment, and manpower services in Kuwait. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and delivering tailored staffing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HR and recruitment sector.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Provide consultative support to clients on staffing and manpower solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development within HR, recruitment, or manpower services.
• Proven ability to generate new client leads and close deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client‑handling skills.
• Existing network of clients in Kuwait is an advantage.
• Valid Kuwait driving license preferred.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
