Sales Executive – Packing & Removal Services (Relocation)

About the role

The Packing and Removal Department is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for its relocation services. You will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting high‑value corporate accounts to closing contracts, ensuring a seamless experience for clients moving locally or internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet departmental revenue targets.
• Identify, approach, and secure high‑value corporate clients and large‑scale relocations.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and provide tailored relocation solutions.
• Lead the sales process from initial contact through negotiation, contract signing, and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Conduct site visits or virtual consultations to assess complex client needs.
• Negotiate terms and pricing while balancing profitability and client satisfaction.
• Travel frequently to meet clients, attend industry events, and support site assessments.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven sales experience in packing, removal, relocation or moving services.
• Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition, and account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Good knowledge of the Kuwait market and experience with corporate clients is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
