Sales Manager – Industrial Printing & Packaging Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth of our industrial coding, marking and packaging solutions in Kuwait and the wider region. This hands‑on leadership position combines direct sales, team building and after‑sales management.

Key responsibilities

• Drive direct sales of Domino industrial printers, coding & marking systems, and packaging solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, set targets and forecast revenue.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
• Identify new opportunities across manufacturing, FMCG, logistics and industrial sectors.
• Build long‑term relationships with key accounts and cross‑sell consumables, service contracts and upgrades.
• Recruit, train and lead a high‑performing sales team, set KPIs and monitor performance.
• Oversee after‑sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction, smooth installation and support.
• Manage pricing, margins, tender processes, negotiations and contract approvals.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of experience in sales or sales management.
• Proven background in industrial equipment, printing, packaging, coding & marking solutions.
• Strong B2B technical sales experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in hiring, managing teams and setting performance metrics.
• Hands‑on ability to sell directly while leading a team.
• Experience managing after‑sales/service operations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and business acumen.
• Willingness to travel as required.
