Sales Promoter – Mobile Phones

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Promoter to join our retail team in Kuwait, focusing on mobile phones, smartphones and related accessories. You will engage customers, understand their needs and guide them to the best device and accessories that fit their budget.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell mobile phones, smartphones and accessories to walk‑in customers.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable models based on features, budget and usage.
• Explain product specifications, pricing, offers and promotions clearly.
• Demonstrate devices, highlighting key features and unique selling points.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest mobile models, technologies and competitor offerings.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
• Keep product displays attractive, ensure the sales area is clean and well‑stocked.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store team for replenishment.
• Upsell and cross‑sell accessories such as cases, screen protectors, chargers and earphones.
