Sales Representative – Water Ionizer Solutions

About the role

Alsabih Trading Co. is seeking a full‑time Sales Representative to promote its water ionizer solutions in Kuwait. The role involves engaging walk‑in and prospective customers, explaining product features, and delivering tailored recommendations to support healthier lifestyles.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with walk‑in and prospective customers, presenting water ionizer products and related solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, prepare quotations, and close sales in line with company targets.
• Manage customer inquiries, maintain accurate sales records, and follow up on leads.
• Provide after‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the wider team on promotions, inventory updates, and market feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer‑facing roles, preferably in consumer products or home appliances.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical features in simple terms.
• Basic understanding of water treatment or willingness to quickly learn product specifications.
• Professional presence, ability to handle multiple customer interactions daily.
• Solid organizational and record‑keeping abilities, including lead and documentation management.
• Comfort using computers and basic office software for sales tracking and reporting.
• Self‑motivated attitude focused on meeting sales targets and delivering excellent service.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence and personal car; transferable 18‑VISA required.
