Scaffolder

About the role

Anton Oilfield Services Group, an independent integrated oilfield technology services company, is hiring a scaffolder for its On Sync Energy Management Services Company in Kuwait. The role involves erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffolding on industrial sites while following safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding structures at various industrial and operational locations.
• Ensure scaffolding is properly installed, levelled, aligned and secured according to safety requirements.
• Follow approved scaffolding procedures and use the right tools and equipment.
• Comply with site HSE requirements and use personal protective equipment correctly.
• Coordinate with team members during erection and dismantling, maintain safe working conditions and report unsafe conditions or hazards.
• Maintain housekeeping and handle scaffolding materials and equipment safely.

Required profile

• 10th-grade education or equivalent, plus a two-year industrial trade certificate.
• At least 3 years of relevant scaffolding experience in an industrial environment.
• Valid scaffolding certification and recognised training in scaffolding erection and dismantling from an accredited institution.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
