Senior B2B Sales Executive – Home Furniture

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive – B2B will drive revenue growth by targeting architects, consultants and contractors for Safat Home’s tile, sanitary ware and furniture solutions. This role focuses on securing large‑scale commercial and residential projects across Kuwait and the GCC, managing the full sales cycle and ensuring seamless delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with architects, consultants and contractors to have Safat Home products specified in project tenders.
• Research upcoming commercial and residential projects in Kuwait and the GCC to maintain a robust pipeline.
• Lead the sales process from inquiry, quotation, technical presentation, negotiation to final closing.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for volume, value and profit margins.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing, providing feedback to Category and Marketing teams.
• Coordinate with Delivery and Installation departments to meet project timelines and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of proven project sales experience in the building materials industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong existing network of architects, consultants and contractors in Kuwait/GCC.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Valid Kuwait driving license and a transferable visa (Article 18).
