Senior BIM Manager – Digital Delivery

About the role

The Senior Digital Delivery Coordinator (SDDC) / BIM Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and enforcing digital delivery and BIM standards across the Infrastructure department. Based in Kuwait, the role reports to the Department Director and works closely with the Digital Delivery Department, IT and project teams, with occasional international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM standards, guidelines and templates aligned with ISO 19650.
• Conduct audits, coordinate training, and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure model quality and compliance.
• Lead BIM kickoff meetings, create BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and oversee clash detection, issue management and model health checks.
• Maintain and optimise content libraries (Revit families, CAD blocks, 2D details, schedules) for efficient project delivery.
• Drive process improvement through automation, KPI tracking and reporting.
• Support marketing and industry events by providing BIM‑related material and presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure BIM implementation and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s in Structural Engineering preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as AutoCAD Civil 3D Professional, ISO 19650 and recognized BIM qualifications.

Required skills

• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Power BI.
• Structural analysis tools: ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, S‑Concrete, RAM Connections, RAM Concept, Concide Beam.
• IMAGINiT Clarity, Kinship, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office 365.
• Standards expertise: BS/PAS 1192, ISO 19650, OIR/AIR/PIR data frameworks.
• Common Data Environment management, Dynamo automation, COBie/IFC workflows.
