Senior Consultant – Data Management & Information Technology

About the role

The Senior Consultant will define the corporate vision, strategy and long‑term direction for enterprise data and information management, while leading digital transformation and data modernization initiatives across the organisation. This role also advises executive leadership on strategic technology decisions and champions a data‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Define corporate vision, strategy and long‑term direction for enterprise data and information management.
• Lead enterprise‑wide digital transformation, data modernization and innovation programmes.
• Advise executive leadership on strategic data, information and technology decisions.
• Establish enterprise data governance policies, frameworks, standards and organisational practices.
• Sponsor and oversee major strategic initiatives, transformation programmes and technology investments.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as AI and advanced analytics.
• Represent the organisation with regulators, business partners and industry forums.
• Lead executive steering committees, governance boards and strategic decision‑making forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree required, PhD an advantage.
• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience, including extensive enterprise data management and digital transformation leadership.
• Proven track record advising senior executives and managing large‑scale data and technology programmes.
• Strong expertise in enterprise data governance, corporate strategy and organisational transformation.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
