Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will lead and execute digital marketing initiatives that strengthen Q Studio’s brand presence and drive client engagement. Based in Kuwait City, this full‑time, on‑site position focuses on planning, managing and optimizing social media and online advertising campaigns across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage integrated social media campaigns and paid advertising initiatives.
• Develop and refine online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility locally and internationally.
• Create, schedule and optimise content for major social platforms.
• Analyse web and social media performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with creative and operations teams to ensure digital content aligns with the studio’s visual identity and business goals.
• Identify growth opportunities, stay current with digital marketing trends and enhance audience reach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital and online marketing, including planning and executing integrated campaigns.
• Strong social media marketing expertise covering content planning, community management and platform‑specific optimisation.
• Solid web analytics background with the ability to interpret data and drive strategy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Relevant experience in creative, photography or media environments is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.
