Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead Q Studio’s presence across key platforms, creating and executing campaigns that boost reach, engagement and follower growth. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with photography and videography teams to produce visual‑rich content that reflects the studio’s brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise social media campaigns on Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Maintain daily posting schedules and curate stories, reels and captions.
• Collaborate with photography and videography teams to source visual assets.
• Monitor performance analytics, generate reports and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Respond to audience messages and comments in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and align social activities with broader marketing goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and SMO, with a track record of growing online communities.
• Strong written communication skills for crafting engaging captions and professional client interactions.
• Ability to develop content calendars and adapt strategies based on performance insights.
• Familiarity with visual storytelling and experience in photography or creative industries is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge considered an asset.
• Reliable, professional and able to work on‑site in Kuwait City.
