Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will lead and execute digital marketing initiatives that strengthen Q Studio’s brand presence and drive client engagement. Based in Kuwait City, this full‑time, on‑site position focuses on planning, managing and optimizing social media and online campaigns across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule social media posts while managing paid advertising on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Develop and implement integrated online marketing strategies that align with the studio’s visual identity and business goals.
• Analyze web and social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and refine campaigns based on data insights.
• Collaborate closely with creative and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Identify growth opportunities, stay current with digital marketing trends, and expand the studio’s reach to local and international audiences.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital and online marketing with experience planning and executing integrated campaigns.
• Proven social media marketing expertise, including content planning, community management and platform‑specific optimization.
• Solid web‑analytics capabilities, able to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Effective written and verbal communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced studio environment.
