Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will lead and execute digital marketing initiatives that strengthen Q Studio’s brand presence and drive client engagement. This full‑time, on‑site position in Kuwait City focuses on planning, managing and optimizing social media and paid advertising campaigns across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule social media posts and paid advertising campaigns.
• Develop and implement online marketing strategies aligned with the studio’s visual identity.
• Analyze web and social media performance metrics and refine campaigns based on data insights.
• Collaborate with creative and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Identify growth opportunities, stay current with digital marketing trends and expand the studio’s reach to local and international audiences.

Required profile

• Strong digital and online marketing experience, including planning and executing integrated campaigns.
• Proven social media marketing expertise with content planning, community management and platform‑specific optimisation.
• Solid web analytics background with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and experience working cross‑functionally.
• Relevant experience in a creative, photography or media environment is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced studio setting.
