Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will lead and execute digital marketing initiatives that strengthen Q Studio's brand presence and drive client engagement. This full‑time, on‑site position in Kuwait City involves planning and managing social media campaigns, developing online marketing strategies, and optimizing content for key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media posts across platforms.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Analyze web and social media performance metrics.
• Refine campaigns based on data insights.
• Collaborate with creative and operations teams to align content with visual identity.
• Identify growth opportunities and stay current with digital marketing trends.
• Enhance the studio's reach to local and international audiences.

Required profile

• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing integrated campaigns.
• Social Media Marketing expertise, including content planning, community management, and platform‑specific optimization.
• Web Analytics proficiency and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Effective written and verbal communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Relevant experience in creative, photography, or media industries is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced studio environment.
