About the role

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will lead and execute digital marketing initiatives that strengthen Q Studio’s brand presence and drive client engagement. This full-time, on‑site role is based in Kuwait City and involves planning and managing social media campaigns, developing online marketing strategies, and optimizing content for key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media posts.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns.
• Analyze web and social media performance metrics.
• Refine campaigns based on data insights.
• Collaborate with creative and operations teams to align digital content with visual identity and business goals.
• Identify growth opportunities and stay current with digital marketing trends.
• Enhance the studio’s reach to local and international audiences.

Required profile

• Strong digital and online marketing experience, including planning and executing integrated campaigns.
• Social media marketing expertise: content planning, community management, platform optimization.
• Web analytics proficiency: interpreting data, tracking performance, translating insights into strategies.
• Effective written and verbal communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Relevant experience in creative, photography, or media industries (beneficial).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced on‑site studio environment.
