Senior Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure

About the role

The Senior Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure will design, implement, and support Microsoft cloud and infrastructure solutions for enterprise and government clients. The role demands strong hands‑on expertise, independent problem‑solving, and mentorship of junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid infrastructure solutions following Microsoft best practices.
• Plan and execute migrations of workloads, mailboxes, and applications to Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Configure and manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Perform health checks, assessments, and remediation for Windows Server, Active Directory, and related platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including escalations.
• Prepare technical documentation such as design documents, implementation plans, and handover materials.
• Provide technical input to presales activities, including solution design, proofs of concept, and estimates.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
