Senior Marketing Executive – Food & Beverage

About the role

The company is seeking a creative, hands‑on Senior Marketing Executive to lead marketing activities for its food & beverage brands in Kuwait. The role involves planning campaigns, managing social media, and coordinating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches and brand activations.
• Manage social media strategy and content across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, agencies, influencers and content creators.
• Maintain monthly marketing and content calendars and support restaurant openings, events, photoshoots and promotional activities.
• Monitor F&B trends, competitors and consumer behaviour in Kuwait, track campaign performance and prepare reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality or related field.
• 4–6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, restaurants or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait's F&B market and fluency in Arabic and good English.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project‑management skills.
