Multi-Property Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Manager drives the hotel’s marketing strategy, delivering on‑brand messaging across traditional, digital and social channels to boost visibility, engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual marketing plan in collaboration with the GM, F&B leader, Operations and regional teams.
• Partner with Operations, F&B and Sales to launch promotions that generate incremental revenue.
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media contacts and vendors for campaign execution.
• Oversee email marketing, display advertising and ensure digital ads align with brand voice.
• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar covering all hotel departments.
• Plan, launch and optimise sponsored social media campaigns.
• Monitor online reputation, respond to guest feedback and provide performance reporting.
• Create quarterly PR plans, write press releases and manage media relations.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Marketing, PR, Business or related field (or equivalent bachelor’s degree).
• 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or digital roles, preferably in hospitality or an advertising agency.
