Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst

About the role

The Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst will join a dynamic team in Kuwait City, focusing on real estate opportunities across the MENA region. This full‑time, on‑site position involves shaping and executing the firm’s real estate investment strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate real estate investment opportunities throughout the MENA region.
• Manage an existing portfolio of real estate assets, monitoring performance and risk.
• Conduct market research and prepare detailed investment proposals.
• Develop financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, to support investment decisions.
• Present recommendations and findings to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven track record in real estate investment management.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience evaluating financial data, market trends, and risk‑return profiles.
• Solid foundation in corporate finance with knowledge of valuation methods such as DCF.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting or a related field; advanced degree or CFA designation is a plus.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative on‑site environment.
• Familiarity with regional or international investment markets and regulatory frameworks in Kuwait and the GCC is beneficial.
