Senior Sales and Application Engineer

About the role

The Senior Sales & Application Engineer will drive sustainable growth by delivering competitive technical solutions and building strong customer relationships across key industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, Water, and Tank Farms in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed annual business targets by developing and managing key customer accounts.
• Identify opportunities for competitive displacement and strengthen market positioning.
• Provide application engineering support, including accurate quotations, technical proposals, and pricing.
• Develop and present technical content such as application studies, root‑cause analyses, and product differentiation materials.
• Engage directly with customers through site visits, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure seamless order execution.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal tools.
• Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and customer engagement activities.
• Stay informed on product developments, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, trade regulations, and HSE policies.
