Paint Sales & Tinting Machine Operator

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Rai and combines customer‑facing sales with the operation of paint tinting equipment. You will help clients choose the right paint, provide technical advice, and ensure accurate colour matching using specialised machines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting paint products, suggest suitable colours and finishes, and provide technical guidance on usage.
• Operate, maintain and clean tinting machines to mix paint colours according to customer specifications, ensuring precise formulas.
• Check product stock, organise the paint display area, prepare orders and coordinate with the warehouse for timely replenishment.
• Monitor product quality, follow safety procedures, document equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical, technical or industrial fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail sales, hardware, building‑materials or a similar technical sales environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights and work safely with chemicals.
