Senior Sales Associate – Sanitary & Tiles

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Associate to drive sales of sanitary ware and tiles in our showroom. You will engage customers, promote our product range and ensure a seamless sales experience that meets cash, credit, warranty and accessory targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote sanitary and tile products to customers and achieve sales targets.
• Create sales invoices and operate BO & POS applications.
• Maintain high‑level customer service with a professional appearance.
• Explain D&I, return and exchange policies and handle customer inquiries courteously.
• Stay informed on in‑store promotions, discounts and coupons.
• Conduct regular stock checks, report damaged displays and ensure planogram compliance.
• Keep the sales area clean, tidy and accurately priced.
• Master computer tools such as Outlook, SAP, POS and BO.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience selling sanitary ware or tiles.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude with the ability to work in a showroom environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
