Service Advisor – Customer Service & Technical Support

About the role

The Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers at the service reception, guiding them through technical queries, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience. The role blends customer service excellence with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer escalations and complex technical issues, working closely with the workshop team.
• Perform visual inspections and quick tests to pre‑diagnose vehicle damage.
• Use checklists to document service reception steps and verify quality.
• Promote service offers, upsell parts and additional services such as vehicle care and pickup/drop‑off.
• Coordinate repair scope, obtain customer approvals, and arrange external work when needed.
• Participate in pre‑meetings with workshop foreman and customer contact specialist.
• Monitor repair progress, update customers on timelines, and clarify additional services.
• Inspect completed work, document test results, and authorize final repairs.
• Prepare vehicle data for mandatory inspections and trigger invoicing.
• Accompany customers to their vehicles at handover and thank them for their business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive, mechanical, mechatronics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high‑expectation service environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Available to work the 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM shift.
