Service Crew – Hospitality & Guest Service

About the role

The Service Crew member will deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily store operations. This full‑time position focuses on hospitality, product freshness, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm greeting to every guest within 5 seconds at the front counter and drive‑thru.
• Follow the Always Fresh procedure to ensure coffee and food items are fresh and accurately prepared.
• Maintain visual standards, including proper career wear, clean parking area, and tidy dining room.
• Accurately take and fulfill orders, using proper procedures to guarantee order accuracy.
• Execute service recovery promptly for any guest concerns or complaints.
• Prepare products according to operational standards and record temperatures in the Time & Temperature Log.
• Keep the front counter clean, organized, and stocked for peak periods.
• Handle cash, credit, vouchers, and automatic debits, issue receipts, refunds, and change correctly.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability.
• Minimum of 1 month experience in a hospitality or food‑service environment.
• Ability to follow sanitation guidelines and store policies.
• No specific academic qualifications required.
