Service Supervisor I – Coiled Tubing

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a Service Supervisor I for Coiled Tubing to lead on‑site operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain safety and quality standards at well sites in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer relations and ensure client satisfaction on the worksite.
• Plan and perform necessary calculations for well‑site jobs.
• Coordinate service operators during equipment rig‑up and rig‑down.
• Manage materials inventory when Halliburton is the sole service provider.
• Collect and distribute job data, and ensure accurate field paperwork.
• Support safety awareness, environmental consciousness, and quality improvement processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Coiled Tubing services, including hands‑on work with CT tools.
• General understanding of other service functions and Halliburton service lines.
• Knowledge of HMS and HSE standards, work methods, and guidelines for CT personnel.
• Valid Offshore Medical certificate and Offshore Survival & Emergency Training certificate.
