Showroom Manager – Agricultural Products

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our agricultural products showroom. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, driving sales performance, and delivering expert advice to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Welcome customers and provide expert consultation on agricultural supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure product availability.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to senior management.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Organise in‑showroom product displays and promotional activities.
• Track market trends, monitor competitors, and propose development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in showroom management or sales, preferably in the agricultural sector.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve targets.
