Social Media Content Creator & Graphic Designer

About the role

Marcom Kuwait, a multi-disciplinary creative agency, is seeking a trend-driven Social Media Specialist who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content. The role focuses on creating organic, shareable videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, with a strong emphasis on viral potential.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-impact short-form video content that aligns with brand objectives and current social trends.
• Edit Reels and TikTok videos using advanced transitions, motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Leverage AI tools to generate, enhance, and optimise visual assets and copy.
• Continuously monitor emerging formats, sounds, memes and adapt them into original brand content.
• Test, experiment and iterate on concepts to maximise engagement, reach and shareability.

Required profile

• Proven ability to create organic content that is shareable and engaging.
• Strong creative instinct with a deep understanding of why trends work.
• Fast-paced work ethic, high attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for experimenting with new AI and editing tools.

Required skills

• Advanced Reels and short-form video editing (transitions, motion graphics, animation).
• Hands-on experience with AI content creation and optimisation tools.
• In-depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts formats.
• Ability to identify and apply current viral formats, sounds and memes.
