Social Media Specialist – Kuwait

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various social media platforms and a passion for engaging online communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging content such as posts, images, videos, and stories tailored to target audiences.
• Manage and maintain company social media profiles, including daily monitoring, posting, and follower interaction.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency across digital channels.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, click‑through rates) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide optimization insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize campaign impact.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and queries to ensure customer satisfaction and community engagement.
• Assist in planning and managing paid social media advertising campaigns, handling budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.
• Track competitors and industry leaders to identify innovation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• In‑depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
