About the role

Join Four Seasons’ award‑winning resort in the heart of Kuwait City as a Spa Attendant. You will be the first friendly face guests encounter, guiding them through the locker room and spa facilities while ensuring a seamless, relaxing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly, orienting them to the locker room and spa areas.
• Assist guests with appointments and respond promptly to all inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked locker room, replenishing amenities as needed.
• Collect and remove used towels, robes, and other items to keep the environment tidy.
• Ensure hygiene in all spa zones, including steam rooms, hot tubs, showers, and locker areas.
• Enforce locker‑room policies, etiquette, and safety standards.
• Deliver anticipatory, personalized service in line with Four Seasons’ standards of excellence.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar role within a five‑star hotel or resort.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
