About the role
The position is for a Speech Pathologist working day shifts, including occasional weekend days, to provide therapeutic services to a complex patient population. The role requires independence, accountability, and a commitment to professional growth within the Speech Pathology department.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver speech-language pathology assessments and interventions for patients of varying ages.
- Maintain independence and accountability while caring for a complex patient population.
- Complete all facility competencies and adhere to departmental standards.
- Work scheduled day shifts and occasional weekend days as needed.
Required profile
- Valid Arkansas State Board license for Speech-Language Pathology.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Demonstrated ability to provide age‑appropriate care and to engage in professional development.
Required skills
- Speech-Language Pathology assessment and therapeutic techniques.
- CPR certification.
