Stock Coordinator

About the role

The Stock Coordinator ensures that merchandise is received, inspected, stored and issued efficiently to support daily store operations. This role is critical for maintaining accurate inventory levels and guaranteeing product availability for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, count it physically and electronically to verify accuracy.
• Inspect product quality and report any damaged or discrepant items to the store manager.
• Classify, tag and stock items in the stockroom according to store procedures.
• Assist sales staff in replenishing shelves to keep products readily available.
• Maintain inventory inward/outward records and generate related reports.
• Check for missing price tags and report issues promptly.
• Support stock‑take processes and ensure security vigilance throughout the store.
• Adapt to extended working hours during sales or festival periods and uphold housekeeping standards.

Required profile

• Physically fit with the ability to lift a minimum of 10 kg regularly.
• Flexible schedule, willing to work extra hours during peak periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to report discrepancies accurately.
• Commitment to store security and maintaining a clean work environment.
