About the role
We are seeking a diligent Store Keeper to manage our food‑related inventory in Kuwait. The successful candidate will ensure that all food items are stored safely, records are accurate, and daily store operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming food materials, supplies, and products.
- Maintain accurate stock records and generate regular inventory reports.
- Issue materials and products according to company requirements.
- Ensure proper storage of food items in line with hygiene and safety standards.
- Arrange items to prevent damage, spoilage, or wastage.
- Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and conduct regular stock counts.
- Keep the store area clean and organized.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department and suppliers.
- Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and other store‑related documentation.
- Follow company procedures and food safety regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Store Keeper in the food industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management and food store operations.
- Basic computer proficiency, especially with Excel and inventory systems.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stock efficiently.
- Age below 35 years.
