About the role

EssilorLuxottica Chalhoub is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its optical retail outlet in Kuwait. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while developing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, embodying brand values in all customer and team interactions.
• Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the customer database to build strong relationships and generate future sales opportunities.
• Stay ahead of market trends, product launches, and competitor activity, feeding insights to back‑office teams.
• Leverage both online and offline points of sale to maximize revenue.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent, fostering a positive, trust‑based work environment.
• Coach team members, monitor development plans, and ensure transparent performance improvement processes.
• Enforce all sales, operational, legal, safety, and HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and optimal stock replenishment.
• Analyze traffic data to ensure adequate floor coverage during peak periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of optical retail experience.
• Proven experience in a store leadership role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• KPI‑focused with a results‑driven mindset.
