About the role

The Store Manager is responsible for achieving company objectives by delivering the highest level of customer service and driving sales through the retail team. You will implement operating procedures in line with brand standards and promote the company’s Loyalty Program to increase repeat business.

Key responsibilities

Guide staff to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and fashion trends to minimise stock loss.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
Manage stock levels, stockroom organization and conduct weekly audits.
Oversee staff scheduling, leave management and grievance handling.
Monitor store security and report any issues to the Area and Operations Managers.

Required profile

Fashionable, well‑groomed and knowledgeable about current product trends.
Physically fit to stand for long periods and handle heavy lifting.
Strong leadership skills to supervise and motivate the retail team.
Excellent communication skills for providing feedback to management.
