Store Manager – Retail (M&S) – Kuwait

About the role

As the Store Manager for M&S in Kuwait, you will lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional in‑store and online customer experiences while driving sales growth. You will be accountable for meeting sales targets, managing inventory, and upholding high operational standards across all retail activities.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the store’s sales plan, identify opportunities, and maximise performance across all departments and digital channels.
• Analyse management information to forecast trends, optimise stock levels and control operating costs.
• Maintain ‘Ready to Trade’ standards, ensuring a safe, clean, and visually appealing environment.
• Coach, develop and recognise team members, building a talent pipeline for future succession.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, resolve complaints promptly, and use feedback to improve the shopping experience.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, preferably managing a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on sales, profitability and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and partners.

Required skills

• Ability to analyse sales and operational data to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising standards.
• Competence in inventory and stock management processes.
