Strategy & Transformation Manager

About the role

The Strategy & Transformation Manager will partner with senior leadership to turn corporate strategy into actionable initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence. This role oversees the full lifecycle of transformation projects, from market analysis to implementation and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap aligned with corporate objectives.
• Analyse market trends, risks and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear initiatives, timelines and KPIs.
• Lead cross‑functional transformation projects aimed at improving efficiency and performance.
• Monitor progress, ensure adoption and report data‑driven insights to senior management.
• Identify and evaluate new market entry opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures and acquisitions.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards and presentations for governance and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field (MBA a plus).
• 7+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, management consulting or business development.
• Proven track record of managing strategic and transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
