About the role
Manage purchasing, suppliers, inventory, and deliveries for restaurant and café branches, ensuring product availability, quality, and cost control.
Key responsibilities
- Manage purchasing activities and negotiate prices with suppliers.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely delivery to all branches.
- Control food expiry dates, product quality, and inventory.
- Coordinate with restaurant managers, suppliers, warehouse, and Finance.
- Monitor purchasing costs, reduce food waste, and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and storage requirements.
Required profile
- Arab nationality.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
- Experience dealing with food suppliers and restaurant operations.
- Good negotiation, communication, and inventory management skills.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel.
- Inventory management systems.
