About the role

Manage purchasing, suppliers, inventory, and deliveries for restaurant and café branches, ensuring product availability, quality, and cost control.

Key responsibilities

Manage purchasing activities and negotiate prices with suppliers.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely delivery to all branches.
Control food expiry dates, product quality, and inventory.
Coordinate with restaurant managers, suppliers, warehouse, and Finance.
Monitor purchasing costs, reduce food waste, and prepare regular reports.
Ensure compliance with food safety and storage requirements.

Required profile

Arab nationality.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
Experience dealing with food suppliers and restaurant operations.
Good negotiation, communication, and inventory management skills.
Good command of Arabic and English.

Required skills

Microsoft Excel.
Inventory management systems.
