About the role

The Talent Acquisition Officer will coordinate the annual manpower planning process, manage hiring requests, and lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

Prepare the annual manpower plan in collaboration with all departments.
Receive and verify hiring requests against the manpower budget.
Create and post job advertisements on various platforms and conduct passive candidate searches.
Screen candidates through phone, video, and face‑to‑face interviews.
Conduct reference and background checks and facilitate assessments.
Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain recruitment records, metrics and provide regular updates to management.

Required profile

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Effective teamwork and collaboration.
Good time‑management capabilities.

Required skills

Proficiency in using job boards and social media for recruitment.
Experience with candidate sourcing and headhunting.
Ability to conduct interviews and assessments.
