About the role
The Talent Acquisition Officer will coordinate the annual manpower planning process, manage hiring requests, and lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare the annual manpower plan in collaboration with all departments.
- Receive and verify hiring requests against the manpower budget.
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms and conduct passive candidate searches.
- Screen candidates through phone, video, and face‑to‑face interviews.
- Conduct reference and background checks and facilitate assessments.
- Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment records, metrics and provide regular updates to management.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Good time‑management capabilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using job boards and social media for recruitment.
- Experience with candidate sourcing and headhunting.
- Ability to conduct interviews and assessments.
