Tea Boutique Sales Specialist

About the role

The Tea Boutique Sales Specialist works full‑time on‑site in Shuwaikh, welcoming customers to the boutique and helping them discover the perfect tea blends and accessories. You will act as the primary point of contact, providing personalized recommendations, demonstrating products, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, understand their taste preferences, and suggest suitable tea products and accessories.
• Conduct product demonstrations, upsell and cross‑sell, and manage point‑of‑sale transactions accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing boutique displays.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate inventory replenishment, and keep accurate sales records.
• Support promotional events, educate customers on tea origins and brewing methods, and relay customer feedback to management.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly.
• Customer‑service mindset, patience, and capability to resolve inquiries courteously.
• Proven sales ability, including meeting targets and performing upselling and cross‑selling.
• Experience in retail or boutique sales (tea, food, or specialty products) is advantageous.
• Basic inventory and cash‑handling skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Shuwaikh and collaborate within a team.
