About the role

The Team Leader – Human Resources Operations will manage day‑to‑day HR activities for Kuwait Dairy Company, ensuring smooth delivery of employee services and efficient processes across the organization. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Kuwait and reports directly to senior HR leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously improve HR operational workflows and processes.
• Lead people‑management initiatives, including team coordination and staff development.
• Address and resolve employee concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies and workforce‑engagement strategies.
• Analyze HR metrics and operational data to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Operations Management applied to HR functions.
• Demonstrated People Management experience, with a focus on leadership and team coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Track record of delivering high customer‑service standards to employees.
• Advanced analytical skills for evaluating HR metrics and policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of Kuwait labor regulations and familiarity with HR software/tools (advantage).

Required skills
