Tendering & Sales Engineer – Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Tendering & Sales Engineer to manage the full sales cycle, from solution design and pricing to client interaction and deal support. The role involves turning RFQs into winning proposals while supporting pre‑sales activities and ensuring compliance with Kuwait regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Own RFQs/RFPs end‑to‑end, from analysis to final submission.
• Prepare accurate quotations, BOQs, and compliance documents.
• Engage with clients to clarify requirements and support pre‑sales discussions.
• Recommend optimized technical solutions aligned with client needs and budgets.
• Coordinate with OEMs and distributors to build integrated solutions across IT infrastructure, power systems, and electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Support the sales team during negotiations and project closing stages.
• Ensure full compliance with tender specifications and local regulations.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in tendering, pre‑sales, or sales engineering.
• Proven ability to handle tenders independently and conduct client‑facing pre‑sales activities.
• Experience managing multi‑disciplinary scopes covering IT, electrical, and mechanical domains.

Required skills

• IT infrastructure: data networking, CCTV, access control systems (ACS), Q‑management system, public address system (PAS), servers, storage.
• Power systems: UPS, battery systems, capacitor bank, solar power systems, light fittings, wiring devices, cables, generators.
• Electro‑mechanical equipment: air‑conditioning units, compressors, conduits, pumps, motors.
