About the role

We are looking for a waiter to prepare the dining hall before service, keep it clean and fresh, and serve clients during meals.

Key responsibilities

Assist in the restaurant cleaning in the morning.
Clean all service utensils before each service.
Help the captain waiter with restaurant set‑up.
Maintain a clean appearance and high hygiene level.
Assist the captain waiter in mise en place preparation.
Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall.
Help the captain waiter place food plates on clients' tables.
Change ashtrays and fill glasses with water during service.
Clear and clean tables after meals.
Transport dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
Work under the guidance of the captain waiter and follow instructions.
