Waitress – High-End Guest Experience

About the role

We are seeking a professional waitress to join our high‑end restaurant team. You will deliver a refined guest experience through attentive service, strong product knowledge, and a polished presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalized service to every guest.
• Present menu items confidently, explaining ingredients and concepts.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to maintain smooth service flow.
• Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism.
• Serve dishes with proper presentation and etiquette.
• Maintain awareness of table status and service timing.
• Uphold grooming, uniform, hygiene, and food‑safety standards.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality (premium experience preferred).
• Preferred East European background.
• Age between 28 and 38 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑focused attitude with attention to detail.
• Good English communication is mandatory.
